1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and participating in WanderQuest ("the Experience"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf. WanderQuest is available exclusively to registered guests of the associated Airbnb property.

3. The Experience

WanderQuest is a self-guided walking scavenger hunt through St. Augustine, FL. Participation is entirely voluntary. Routes, clues, and locations are provided for entertainment purposes and may change without notice.

4. Coupons & Rewards

Coupons unlocked during the Experience are subject to the terms and availability of each participating local business. WanderQuest does not guarantee acceptance of coupons and is not responsible for changes to business offers, hours, or policies. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

5. Raffle

Completing a route enters you into a drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card. No purchase is necessary beyond your Airbnb stay. Winners will be selected at the host's discretion and contacted via the email provided at registration. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Prize is non-transferable.

6. Personal Information

We collect your name, email address, and phone number solely to operate the Experience, deliver coupons, administer the raffle, and communicate with you about your participation. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. By participating, you consent to receiving emails related to WanderQuest, including coupon delivery and completion notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, clues, and design — is the property of WanderQuest and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Modifications

WanderQuest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Experience, these Terms, or any associated rewards at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that WanderQuest is a self-guided walking activity that takes place on public streets, sidewalks, and outdoor areas in St. Augustine, FL. I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: uneven surfaces, traffic, weather conditions, physical exertion, and interaction with public spaces.

Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation in WanderQuest is entirely voluntary. I am physically able to participate in a walking activity and will exercise reasonable judgment and caution throughout the Experience.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge WanderQuest, its host(s), operators, affiliates, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss — including personal injury, property damage, or death — that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the Experience.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WanderQuest and its host(s) from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from my actions or negligence during the Experience.

Medical Responsibility

I understand that WanderQuest does not provide medical assistance or insurance. I am responsible for my own health and safety while participating. I will seek my own medical attention if needed.

Photo & Media Consent

I consent to the use of any photographs or media captured during the Experience for promotional purposes by WanderQuest, unless I notify the host in writing otherwise.

Agreement

By checking the Liability Waiver box and proceeding with registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
